This blog may use a self-hosted instance of Umami to understand which articles are useful and how readers find them.
The measurement does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. It records the page path without query parameters or fragments, referrer hostname, browser and device category, language, and country. Umami creates a monthly session hash from the IP address and browser information, but the IP address itself is not stored.
Analytics events are retained for up to 13 months. The analytics dashboard and database are hosted privately by Froystein Consulting Co., Ltd.
